The Rumi Forum, Better Understanding Club, Catholic Campus Ministry, Baptist Collegiate Ministries sponsered "Panel: Jesus and Virgin Mary".
The Rumi Forum, Better Understanding Club of Old Dominion University, Catholic Campus Ministry, and Baptist Collegiate Ministry sponsored the panel discussion. In the program each faith tradition reflected the perspective to the following questions:
- Describe who Jesus is according to your faith tradition. Please include sources of your understanding.
- What is the significance of Jesus’ miracles?
- What does your faith tradition have to say about Mary, mother of Jesus?
- How has your tradition’s understanding of Mary developed?
Following the program, light refreshment served and participants enjoyed the program.
