Rumi Forum President Address's Delaware Legislature

main2Emre Celik, President of the Rumi Forum, presented to the Members of the Delaware Legislature what was an historic talk for the oldest intercultural dialogue organization founded by the Turkish American community.

During his presentation Mr. Celik referred to the inspiration that the Rumi Forum’s Honorary President Fethullah Gulen has provided to numerous organizations around the world, sighting Mr. Gulen’s vision as a catalyst for encouraging positive interaction amongst all communities. The occasion was organized by Delaware Legislative Member Michael Ramone and the Rumi Forum’s Delaware Chapter. In addition, Delaware Legislative Member John Kowalko spoke of his appreciation for the efforts of the Rumi Forum in providing numerous dialogue activities both in Delaware and in the Washington, DC region.

Delaware is famous for being the first state of the United States of America and the home of current Vice President Joe Biden.
